Each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order based on your selected size, colors, and customization options. Production time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the size and details of your order.

Free delivery is available within the Houston area. For orders outside of Houston, shipping costs will be calculated based on the artwork’s size, weight, and destination and will be added to the final order total. All pieces are carefully packaged for safe delivery.

Return, Refund & Damage Policy

Each Eastern Art piece is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for your order. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.

Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the artwork, the damaged area, and the original packaging so we can verify the shipping damage.

Once verified, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you. If repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, a full refund will be issued.

Claims for shipping damage submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, installation, modification, misuse, accidents, or other circumstances unrelated to shipping or our workmanship is not covered.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

If your artwork develops an issue caused by our workmanship—such as loose lettering, rug separation, structural assembly defects, or similar craftsmanship-related problems—please contact us with photos and details of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, when verified as a workmanship defect, repair or resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Free repair service is available for customers in the Houston area. For customers outside Houston, please contact us so we can determine the most appropriate solution based on the issue and location.

Because every piece is individually handcrafted, minor variations in wood grain, rug pattern, texture, color, and handmade finishes are natural characteristics of the artwork and are not considered defects.
